At Riar Wellness, we strive to provide high-quality wellness products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By ordering from us, you agree to the terms below:


1. Returns

  • Products can only be returned if they are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos) of the defect or damage.

  • Products that are used, tampered with, or damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for return.

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging, along with accessories, manuals, and invoices.


2. Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued once a product is sold, except in cases where:

    • The product is received in defective or damaged condition, or

    • The wrong product was delivered.

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved by our authorized team.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the non-refundable booking amount will not be returned.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product delivered was defective/incorrect.

  • A trackable shipping service is strongly recommended to ensure safe delivery of the returned product.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refusal to accept a COD order (booking amount forfeited).

  • Customer mishandling, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.

  • Products returned without original packaging, missing accessories, or invoice.
