Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. 2. Product Information & Pricing We strive to provide accurate product details and pricing. Errors may occur, and Riar Wellness reserves the right to update or correct descriptions, images, or prices without prior notice. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time. 3. Warranty Policy All leg massagers from Riar Wellness come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Repairs or replacements during warranty are free of charge (excluding customer’s shipping costs). Misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow instructions voids warranty. After warranty expiry, repair services may be provided subject to parts and service charges. 4. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase value of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 5. Orders & Payments We accept secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders may require a non-refundable booking amount. Refusal to accept delivery will result in forfeiture of the booking amount, and logistics charges may be recovered. 6. Cancellation & Refund Policy Payments are non-refundable, except for defective/damaged products received at delivery. The final decision will rest with our authorized representative after inspection. Used, tampered, or customer-damaged products are not eligible. 7. Shipping & Delivery Free shipping across India. Standard delivery: 5–6 working days (remote areas may take longer). Tracking details are shared upon dispatch. Delays or lost parcels will be investigated; resolution is at company discretion. No international shipping currently available. 8. Modifications We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our website implies acceptance. 9.
